Additions to the ML610Q4xx series low-power microcontrollers from Lapis Semiconductor control the operation of battery-powered devices used for the measurement and display of temperature, humidity and carbon monoxide in industrial and commercial environments. The ML610Q439-NNNTB03A7 features 128kbyte flash, 1024 LCD segments, 144 TQFP (thin quad flat pack), and operates between -20 to 70°C. The ML610Q482-NNNTB03A7 features 64kbyte flash, 48 TQFP, 0 LCD segments, and operates between -20 to 70°C. The ML610Q407-NNNTB03A7 features 16kbyte ROM, 100 TQFP, 145 LCD segments, and operates between -20 to 70°C. The ML610401-NNNTB03A7 features 6kbyte ROM, 64 TQFP, 55 LCD segments, and operates between -20 to 70°C. The ML610401P-NNNWA features 6kbyte ROM, 55 LCD segments, and operates between -40 to 85°C. The ML610Q419P-NNNTB03A7 features 64kbyte flash, 100 TQFP, 192 LCD segments, and operates in the extended temperature range of -40 to 85°C. The microcontrollers feature an RC-ADC (resistor-capacitor-type ADC) that is said to provide accurate temperature measurements up to ±1.0°C by using passive components. Flash memory or masked ROM options help store the program that controls the display, user interface, and communication ports. Development kits, evaluation boards, debug hardware and software development tools are also available.
