C&K Components has included the TFS series of subminiature snap-acting switches into its IP-rated sealed switch family for harsh environment applications. The switches come in two, IP67-sealed models. One model has 0.02x0.187mm quick connect terminal and the other has moulded-in wire terminals. The switches are claimed to provide an operating life of up to 100,000 cycles. The company also offers the IP67-rated ZMS and LCS series of sub-miniature snap-acting switches and AP series of pushbutton switches and the IP68-rated NP and HP series of pushbutton switches and KMT0 nano-miniature top actuated tactile switches, claimed to have a lifetime of 300,000 electrical and mechanical cycles. Other IP-rated switch series available from the company are the IP67-rated KSA and KSC series of tactile switches designed for SMT and the IP57-sealed E, ET and GT series of miniature toggle switches. The ES series of miniature slide switches is sealed to IP57 and the M series of 0.5inch rotary switches is sealed to IP67. All the company's IP-rated sealed switches are RoHS-compliant. The sealed switches are available in a range of contact ratings, minimum and maximum voltages and circuitry configurations.
