High power broadband pallet amplifier for 2.5 to 6GHz

Amplifier Technology has announced the 9003 broadband pallet amplifier for electronic counter measures, providing a minimum of 50W saturated output power over the frequency range 2.5 to 6GHz. The amplifier is designed for vehicle-mounted applications or airborne use up to a height of 12,000m. The pallet amplifier is based on gallium nitride high electron mobility transistor devices and measures 160x100mm. The pallet amplifier has good linearity and comes with the option of adding connectors, says the company.
