Based on the AMD T40E and T40R low power dual core and single core APUs and the A55E embedded chipset, the H6059 is from Hectronic. The Qseven 1.2-compliant module measures 70x70mm. The Radeon 6250 graphics processing unit is integrated with the CPU to offer 2D or 3D and motion video acceleration performance and can be used for general purpose graphic processing by taking advantage of AMD's Open CL support. An on-die graphics processor has advantages over discrete ones as it avoids the memory bus bottleneck. The module targets digital signage solutions, HMIs, portable test and measurement applications as well as imaging and vision systems. I/O interfaces include four PCI Express ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, two SATA ports, LVDS and the new digital display interfaces, DVl, HDMI and DisplayPort, as well as an onboard Intel 82583 Gigabit Ethernet controller. Legacy I/O is supported through the LPC bus and the module has BIOS support for Super I/O devices on the carrier board. Legacy ISA bus features, such as I/O mapping in memory, are also supported. SDIO is through an on-board USB-to-SDIO controller. The module supports up to 4Gbyte on-board DDRIII DRAM, as well as an onboard BGA SATA Flash SSD of up to 32Gbyte. BIOS is based on the Phoenix SecureCore Tiano UEFI BIOS. There are BSPs for XP Embedded, Windows Embedded Standard 7 and Linux.
