Crystek's CVCO55CC-3750-3800 VCO operates from 3750 to 3800MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 16V. The VCO features a typical phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset, good linearity and output power of +2dBm. It is available in a 0.5x0.5in surface mount device package. It has an input voltage of 5V, with a maximum current consumption of 30mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 1 and 2.5MHz/V, respectively. The VCO ensures second harmonic suppression of -15dBc. It is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
