X-Rel has added timers and MOSFETs to its XTRM range which operates at high temperatures (-60 to +230°C). The XTR650 timer operates from supply voltages from 2.9 to 5.5C. There are two N-channel MOSFETs which reduce leakage currents while providing high drain currents and low RDS (on). There is the XTR2N0400 40V N-channel power MOSFET and the XTR2N0800 80V N-channel power MOSFET. All are available in several packaging configurations and are designed to perform reliably in automotive, aeronautic and aerospace projects.
