Avalue Technology has introduced three embedded boards that are powered by the Intel Atom processors N2600, N2800 and D2700 and the Intel NM10 Express chipset with low power consumption. The embedded boards feature a two-chip platform, integrating the Northbridge chip with CPU. The 3.5inch embedded board, ECM-CDV supports one 204pin DDR3 SODIMM (small outline dual in-line memory module) system with up to 4Gbyte capacity. It has one SATA, two computer on modules, seven USB 2.0 and 16bit GPIOs. The 5.25inch embedded board, EBM-CDV supports one onboard DDR3 memory with up to 2Gbyte capacity and one 204pin DDR3 SODIMM system memory with up to 2Gbyte capacity. It features one SATA, six computer on modules, eight USB 2.0 and 16bit GPIOs. The 3.5inch and 5.25inch boards support dual channel 18 or 24bit LVDS with embedded DisplayPort and multiple display configurations. The Q7 module board, EQM-CDV, supports onboard DDR3 system memory with up to 2Gbyte capacity. It also supports single-channel 18bit LVDS and HDMI and LVDS display configurations to baseboard. For I/O deployment, it includes two SATA and eight USB 2.0 ports, one Intel 82574L Gigabit LANs and three PCIex1. The boards are suitable for PoS, kiosk, digital signage, ordering machine, medical and transportation applications.
