The PQ60240QGA05 isolated 1/4-brick DC/DC converter packs up to 120W (5A) of output power into the 36.8x58.4mm DOSA standard package and is just 10.9mm high in an open-frame format. Operating at an efficiency of 92%, the converter has minimal de-rating even in applications where there is limited cooling available. With just 200LFM (1m/s) of airflow, the device can deliver the full rated output current up to 70ºC. Reliability is reflected by the Telcordia calculated MTBF figure of 2.8Mhours.
