Integrated Silicon Solution has broadened its synchronous SRAM product line with the addition of a family of 36Mb high speed synchronous SRAMs. These new, 36-Mb devices are available in 2Mx18 and 1Mx36 configurations and are offered in both no-wait synchronous SRAM or standard synchronous SRAM options. Both options are available as pipelined devices, plus the standard synchronous SRAMs are also available as flow though devices.This family of 36Mb SRAMs is available in 2.5V and 3.3V voltage ranges. These devices are offered in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges and are fabricated using 0.13 micron technology.These devices are offered in both 100-pin TQFP and 165-ball BGA JEDEC standard packages. Samples are available now, with volume production shipments beginning in Q4, CY2008.
