The E series of precision, enhanced power supplies operates at up to 15kV at 4W. The modules offer a high-resolution, programmable, high-voltage DC output optimised for bias or power applications. Specifications include a tight temperature coefficient of ≤10ppm for the +10VDC reference, output voltage monitor, and HV output. Each model features 0 to +10V remote programming and output current calibrated to less than ±0.01%. The series also offers ppm-level line regulation and ppm-level load regulation. Output ripple of just 1mV at 2kV (0.5ppm), 10mV at 6kV (1.6ppm), 20mV at 10kV (2ppm), and 35mV at 15kV (2.3ppm) can be supported.
