The ADL5375 quadrature modulator enables equipment designers to implement and standardise on solutions that address the wide range of operating-frequency bands from 400MHz to 6GHz, including GSM/EDGE, CDMA 2000, and W-CDMA, eliminating the need to select a modulator or demodulator for each cellular standard and operating band. The ADL5375 combines a high linearity with 24dBm output IP3, a high linear output power with +10dBm P1dB, and a low -161dBm/Hz noise floor. It provides unadjusted sideband suppression of -55dBc and unadjusted carrier feed-through of -41dBm.
