The UT9Q512E 4Mbit and the UT9Q513K32 16Mbit 5V radiation-tolerant SRAMs are available as a QML Q SRAM solution. The QCOTS (Quantified Commercial Off-the-Shelf) family assures the industry of continued 50 krads(Si) products for satellites. The devices feature improved radiation effects and less than half the power consumption over the legacy QCOTS products. Both versions are available in 36- and 68-pin packages, but with slightly different dimensions. Prototypes and production units are available now.
