Mike Green is standing down as EPN's Editor-in-Chief at the end of July, to concentrate on his book projects and other freelance work but will continue to contribute to the publication's editorial content after his departure. Mick Elliott is joining as Distribution & Test Editor and will be Acting Editor with immediate effect while EPN will finalise the appointment of a new Editor-in-Chief, to be announced shortly. Mike will continue to be associated with EPN as an editorial contributor after he stops working for EPN full-time.

Mick Elliott is a veteran of the electronics industry in the UK and Europe, as an editor in the earlier part of his career and, more recently, as publisher of Electronics Weekly. EPN has worked closely with Mick for years on joint Reed Electronics Group projects and is delighted to welcome him on board as Distribution & Test Editor of EPN. Mick will also be Acting Editor of EPN pending the appointment of Mike's replacement as Editor-in-Chief, to be announced shortly.
