Photonic Products is a distributor of the HL6385DG semiconductor laser diode, with TE mode oscillation, from Opnext. With its high-output power providing high clarity and visibility, the laser diode is suitable for use in laser display applications, such as laser light shows. The HL6385DG features single longitudinal mode and low aspect ratio. The optical output power is 150mW, at a lasing wavelength of 642nm, operating current of 280mA, threshold current of 110mA, operating voltage of 2.6V and LD reverse voltage of 2V. The operating temperature range is -10 to +40˚C. The laser diode is available in lead-free package measuring 5.6mm, with LD-only pin configuration.
