Apacer has introduced SSD+ Optimiser, a Solid State Drive (SSD) optimisation solution with HyperFast technology. HyperFast is the software-based solution developed by Diskeeper for the new SSD+ Optimiser product. Designed to pre-emptively optimise the storage device at the OS level, HyperFast maintains peak performance for the extended life of the drive. HyperFast's proprietary operations utilise advanced technology called InvisiTasking. InvisiTasking employs only unused system resources to operate with zero overhead on the system, therefore transparently increasing the speed, performance and reliability of the system. The SSD is an application of NAND flash memory. By eliminating performance-degrading free-space fragmentation, HyperFast Flash technology reduces the aggregate erase-write cycles of the SSD. The SSD optimisation solution offers increased SSD longevity.
