Rutronik has been named Distributor of the Year 2007 by Micron Technology. This is its fourth award for sales growth, this time for the whole of Europe. Rutronik's success in Central Europe led to the franchise being extended across Europe. The partners intend to open up further market potential across the continent. This will involve placing strong focus on Flash products such as managed NANDs and embedded USBs. Support is provided by the Rutronik Development Centres and the Tools & Applications Centre, as well as by product-management and field-application engineers. "We see ourselves as a solutions provider," says Markus Krieg (pictured), head Rutronik's Semiconductor Division.
