Mouser Electronics has signed a distribution agreement with Spansion. Mouser's Spansion portfolio includes high and mid-density Flash memory solutions ranging from 8Mbit to 1Gbit. MirrorBit technology enables system designers to create high performance, cost-effective products by using charge trapping storage technology. MirrorBit technology enhances the boundaries of Flash memory technology. Spansion MirrorBit NOR GL family of 3V Flash memory and the Spansion MirrorBit SPI FL family of serial Flash memory will also be introduced.
